economic system design, executive team building, organizational development, and finance and management.
Before founding Kaludis Consulting in 1977, he served as Director of Planning and Evaluation at the State University System
of Florida and Vice Chancellor for Operations and Fiscal Planning and Associate Professor of Management at Vanderbilt University.
Dr. Kaludis has held several national leadership positions in higher education, including serving on the National
Commission on the Financing of Postsecondary Education and as Chairman of the National Center for Higher Education Management Systems.
He holds BA and MEd degrees from the University of Maryland and the PhD degree from Florida State University.

He leads the firm's consulting in Institutional Advancement, and specializes in Advancement strategy development,
fund-raising readiness assessment and enhancement; image and identity research; strategic marketing planning,
and institutional positioning. Before joining Kaludis Consulting in 1979, Mr. Cohen held several positions in
the Office of Public Affairs at Baylor College of Medicine and served as Executive Director of Marketing and
Corporate Development for ARA Health Facilities, Inc., the long-term care and retirement-housing division of ARA,
Services, Inc. He holds BS and MA degrees from The University of Texas at Austin.

He evaluates and advises on management, planning and organizational issues; administrative/enterprise systems projects;
academic technology development; service and process enhancement; staff/professional development; and infrastructure improvement.
He leads the firm's information management and technology practice. Before joining Kaludis Consulting in 1998,
he served as Associate Vice President for Information Technology Services at Saint Louis University and as
Associate Director for Academic Computing at North Dakota State University. Mr. Haugen is a long-time, active
member of EDUCAUSE, hosted CUMREC-97, and served on the EDUCAUSE and CAUSE boards. He holds a BS degree from
North Dakota State University and MBA degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

Vice President for Budget and Finance of the University of Colorado; Executive Director of Resource Planning and Budget
for the University of Pennsylvania; and Vice President for Management of the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Stine
also held positions with the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education and the Ohio Board of Regents. He is a former member
of the Pew Higher Education Roundtable and the Forum for Higher Education Futures Group. He holds a BS degree from
Michigan State University, an MPA from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and an EdD from Harvard University.

as a faculty member, vascular surgeon, funded investigator, administrator, and senior executive in academic medicine.
He became President Emeritus of Wake Forest University Health Sciences in 2007, and remains on the Faculty of the Wake Forest
School of Medicine and is a consultant to the Piedmont Triad Research Park. Prior to joining Kaludis Consulting in 2007,
Dr. Dean served Wake Forest University for 20 years in a series of increasingly responsible positions that included
department chair, chief of surgery, medical school senior executive, in 2001, President and CEO of Wake Forest
University Health Sciences. Before Wake Forest, he served as professor and chief of Vascular Surgery at Vanderbilt University.
Dr. Dean has held leadership positions for a long list of academic and medical organizations, including the Association
of Academic Health Centers, American Board of Surgery, American Board of Plastic Surgery, and National Library of Medicine.
He also has been chairman of the board of the Piedmont Triad Research Park. He holds a BA from VMI and an MD from the
Medical College of Virginia.

higher education executive and internationally known scholar. Before joining Kaludis Consulting in 2004, he served president of Tulsa
University and Fairleigh Dickinson University, and Provost of Lehman College, City University of New York. He also served as Associate
Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and professor of Political Science at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Donaldson has been a tenured
faculty member at four universities, and is active in international relations and political science scholarly circles. He has consulted
in the areas of strategic planning and academic planning, and also developed and negotiated numerous international educational
partnerships and conducted national higher education plans (e.g., management education in post-Soviet Russia). He holds AB, AM, and PhD
degrees from Harvard University.

large private and public universities, a public community college, and a state coordinating board. His specialties include
strategic planning and budgeting, and encompass admissions, financial aid, academic planning, information technology, institutional
finance, and development. He holds an AB degree from Oberlin College, an AM from Columbia University-Teachers College, and a PhD
from the University of Michigan.

has more than 40 years of experience in domestic and international education. Dr. Jones has particular expertise in the education
of women in the Middle East, quality assurance and accreditation, higher education reorganization, entrepreneurship education,
faculty performance reviews, curriculum development, and preparation of engineers for international practice. Before joining
Kaludis Consulting in 2010, she held faculty appointments and administrative positions at Cleveland State University, the University
of Delaware, Southwest Missouri State University, and then served as Vice President for Academic Affairs at James Madison University.
Most recently, Dr. Jones completed service as Dean of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at the UAE University in
Al-Ain. She is currently continuing her work in the Middle East, serving as Advisor to the Executive Affairs Authority of
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, providing policy guidance and strategic implementation in university-industry relations,
creation of new universities, building a knowledge economy, and financial management of higher education initiatives.
She holds a BA from Chestnut Hill College and MA and PhD degrees from Case Western Reserve University.

in higher education, as faculty member, administrator, university president, and international advisor. He served on the
faculty at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as department chair at the Ohio State University, Dean of Engineering at
the University of Massachusetts, Academic Vice President at Boston University, and President at the University of Delaware.
After his successful US career, he served as Founding President at Masdar Institute of Science and Technology, then as
Senior Advisor at Khalifa University of Science, Technology and Research, both in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
Dr. Jones is active in professional society and international activities, having served as an officer in the American
Society of Civil Engineers, the American Society for Engineering Education, the World Federation of Engineering
Organizations?and President of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology. He consults extensively in
the areas of higher education in the international arena, and in developing human capacity for economic development.
He holds BS, MS and PhD degrees from Carnegie Institute of Technology, and a MALS degree from the University of Delaware.

Vice President for Finance and Treasurer at Loyola University Maryland from 1994 to 2010. Prior to Loyola University Maryland
he served as Vice President for Fiscal Affairs at Merrimack College and as Registrar and Dean of Administration at Northern
Essex Community College. John also held a variety of positions at Northeastern University in the College of Business
Administration and in Student Affairs. John maintains served in leadership capacities in the National Association of
College and University Business Officers, Eastern Association of College and University Business Officers (EACUBO),
Middle States Commission on Higher Education, the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. He was awarded the
EACUBO Distinguished Service Award in 2000 and the NACUBO Distinguished Business Officer Award in 2003. He was awarded
the Cardinal John Henry Newman Medal at the Loyola University Commencement exercises on May 15, 2010. John holds a
BS in Business Management and MBA from Northeastern University.

career in all aspects of information technology in higher education: academic and administrative; strategic and tactical;
research university and urban university; faculty member and consultant. Prior to joining Kaludis Consulting in 2011, he
had consulted with over 25 institutions in IT Strategy, IT Assessment and academic and administrative information technology.
His higher education career includes having served as Vice President for Technology and CIO and as a trusted strategic
advisor to the President of Roosevelt University; as Director of the Computer Information Research Center at George
Washington University; as Director of the Computing Center at Loyola College (Maryland); and in 5 information technology
positions of ascending responsibility at Georgetown University. He serves GWU as a faculty member and has been a
lecturer at other institutions. Dr. Reese holds BA and MA degrees from the University of Cincinnati and a PhD in
Political Science from Georgetown University.

experience in higher education teaching, research, research administration, and executive management. In a career that
spanned more than two decades at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Dr. Roozen served as professor and department
chair, Graduate School dean, Assistant Vice President for Health Affairs, Executive Assistant to the President, Vice
President for University Affairs, Vice President for Research and University Affairs, Executive Vice President and
Provost, and Executive Director of the UAB Research Foundation. He joined the Medical University of South Carolina
in 1997 as founding Executive Director of the MUSC Foundation for Research Development, with responsibility for
managing intellectual property, technology transfer, and new business development. He holds a BA degree from Lakeland
College, an MA from the University of South Dakota, and PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Tennessee.
